Indicators that you may need an inspection
• Was your home built before 1995? Before 1995, building codes were often below our current standards for dealing with the effects of rain, snow and ice
• Do you have a flat roof (or does your roof need to be replaced)?
• Is your water heater more than 5 years old? your tank should be inspected every 5-7 years
• Are your water lines connecting your toilets, sinks, dishwasher or refrigerator old or cracking? Water lines should be inspected every 2 years
• Can you see water rings on the ceiling? or discolored paint?
